Day1

Arrival at Cochin – Transfer to Thekkady (Approx. 160 km / 4.5–5 hrs)

Upon your arrival at Cochin (Cochin International Airport or Ernakulam Railway Station), you will be greeted by our representative. After a warm welcome, proceed towards Thekkady – famously known as the spice bag of Kerala. En route, enjoy scenic views of the Western Ghats and lush green plantations. On arrival, check-in to your hotel/resort and relax. Later, visit a spice plantation where you can explore a variety of spices such as cardamom, pepper, vanilla, clove, cinnamon, and ayurvedic herbs grown in their natural habitat. In the evening, enjoy the Kathakali show, a traditional classical dance performance of Kerala, followed by the Kalaripayattu show, showcasing the state’s ancient martial art form. (Entry tickets on own cost) Return to the hotel

Day2

Thekkady Sightseeing

After breakfast at the hotel, proceed to the famous Periyar Lake for a boating experience through the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary. During the boat ride, you may get a chance to spot wildlife like elephants, bison, sambar deer, and other species roaming near the lake. (Boating is optional and at own cost – available between 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM) Later, visit the Elephant Junction or Elephant Camp, where you can enjoy elephant rides, feeding, and interaction sessions with these gentle giants. (Entry and activity charges to be borne by guests) Depending on time and interest, you may explore nearby attractions, visit local markets, or once again unwind with an optional Kerala Ayurvedic massage. Day3

Thekkady – Drop at Cochin (Approx. 160 km / 4.5–5 hrs)

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed for your return journey to Cochin. Our driver will drop you at Cochin International Airport or Ernakulam Railway Station as per your departure schedule.
