General Terms

  • Following are some general terms and conditions regarding Fixed Departure, Customized Char Dham, Hotel Booking, or Helicopter tour/travel package booking from ABD Holidays Pvt. Ltd., hereby referred to as Abdholidays.com.
  • The link to these terms is always mentioned in the emails. We consider that you have read all the terms and conditions and agree before booking any tour, trekking, or activity package from us.

Information Collection and Use

  • The full amount is to be paid in full 7 days before the Check-In Date or Start of the Tour for confirmation.
  • You can also make the payment using NEFT Transfer or Bank Deposits.

General Tour/Travel Package Terms

  • Rates are valid for Indian Nationals only. Tariffs for Foreign Nationals/NRIs are on request.
  • General hotel Check-In: 1 pm | Check-Out: 11 am. Reservations will be released by 6 p.m. if arrival time is not mentioned.
  • Tariffs/packages are subject to change without prior intimation.
  • Alternative accommodation will be provided if booked hotels are unavailable.
  • Activities are subject to group size, weather & accessibility. No refund if activities are canceled due to natural conditions.
  • Government ID proof with a photograph is mandatory at check-in (Passport, Visa, Voter ID, Driving License).
  • Extra adults may be provided with an extra mattress instead of a bed (unless specified).
  • We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or expenses caused by weather, natural disasters, strikes, accidents, or political unrest.
  • All vehicles are subject to availability. AC will not function in hill areas or stationary vehicles.
  • GST taxes are extra as per Government notification.
  • Jurisdiction lies only with the courts of Dehradun, India.

Trekking Package Terms

  • Expenses due to unforeseen circumstances shall be shared.
  • All trekkers must carry their own backpacks and belongings.
  • Himalayan treks are subject to weather & risks. Safety is our priority.
  • No refunds for unused services (meals, accommodation, activities).
  • You are responsible for your belongings during the trek.
  • Abdholidays.com reserves the right to modify or cancel the trek under unforeseen conditions.

Helicopter Package/Ticket Terms

  • Max 04 passengers allowed per helicopter (Total weight ≤ 300 Kg).
  • Baggage allowance: 5 Kg/person. Only one small handbag allowed.
  • Schedules are tentative & subject to weather/operational changes.
  • We can cancel charters anytime due to technical/weather issues. 100% refund will be given in such cases.
  • Extra night stay due to weather/technical issues will be borne by passengers.
  • Prices exclude laundry, insurance, liquor, monument fees, tips, international flights, etc.

Cancellations & Refund Policy

  • 30 days or more: 90% refund
  • 15 – 30 days: 50% refund
  • Less than 15 days: No refund
  • No refund in case of No Show, Road Blocks, Accidents, or Natural Calamities.
  • Refunds processed via NEFT within 10–15 business days.
