It is understood that Abd Holidays acts as agent only for the services booked for the Group or individual and his or her legal representatives will not liable for any loss or damage any or form any and all damages resulting from death or personal injuries including loss of services, means which he or she may sustain, on account of or arising out of or while engaged on any tour of transportation or other services, whether due to the ownership, maintenance, use, operation or control of any automobile, bicycle, boat, motor or any other vehicle, inn, common carrier or otherwise and whether or not due to its or their negligence or otherwise and regardless of the Cause.


To make a booking you may email or call our team directly. Our consultants will help you to select the travel arrangements that you require and will offer you a price for these arrangements. Your booking with Abd Holidays is confirmed when we have received your advance payment for the arrangements that you have confirmed by email or by phone with our staff. If you are making a booking for more than one person, the person confirming the booking must have the consent of other accompanying guests to make the booking on their behalf and this person will be responsible for all payments for all guests travelling on the booking. For the purposes of our booking conditions "you" means the individual making the booking and all members of the party travelling with them. We make every reasonable effort to ensure that any written or oral instructions provided to us are accurately reflected in the documentation we provide to our clients and on which a booking is based. Please check the information we send you to ensure that it is accurate and reflects the instructions you have given us. We cannot be responsible for any errors that may result from an inaccuracy in our documentation that is not notified to us by email within 10 days of it being sent to you and on which you may book your arrangements or amend them.


The rates for your programme will be based upon our published tariff. Once you have made a booking with Abd Holidays and paid your deposit there will be no change to your price except where the Government of India impose any new taxes on travel and travel suppliers or changes fuel rates and such a change is greater than 2% of your total arrangements booked with the company.


Our payment gateway is completely secure and customers can make the online payments through a safe transaction process that ensures their personal security codes will not be revealed in any circumstances.

Bookings cancelled after confirmation and payment of deposit will incur cancellation fees as a some percentage of the total booking cost as follows, dependent upon the number of days prior to departure that arrangements are cancelled:

  • For cancellations before 60 Days or more of the date of departure, 25% of the tour cost (if full paid) will be charged as cancellation charges.
  • For cancellations before 30 Days of departure, 50% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
  • For cancellations before 15 Days of departure, 100% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.

ABDHOLIDAYS will process the refund only after getting cancellation request/claim from the customer

  • The refund will be issued within 72 hours of the receipt of the request via Net Banking, Wallet, UPI.
  • Depending on the customer’s bank, the refund process can take up to ten (10) business days to be completed. The Customer Service Department will review the reasons and the particular circumstances of each case in order to assess the approval or denial of the refund requested. In any case, the customer will be informed of the outcome of his/her request.
