Advance Payment Policy – ABD Holiday
To confirm any hotel reservation, an advance payment of 50% of the total booking amount is required at the time of booking confirmation.
The remaining balance payment must be cleared as per the following schedule:
- FIT (Free Independent Traveller) Bookings: Full balance payment to be made at least 7 days prior to guest arrival.
- Group Bookings: Full balance payment to be made at least 14 days prior to guest arrival.
Please note that as per the payment policies of our hotel partners, including Renest Hotels, no credit facility is extended to travel partners or vendors. Therefore, 100% payment must be received before the guest's arrival to ensure seamless check-in and confirmation of services.
ABD Holiday reserves the right to release or cancel bookings in case of non-payment within the stipulated timelines.
Check-in & Check-out Policy (ABD Holiday)
• Standard Check-in Time: 2:00 PM onwards
• Standard Check-out Time: Up to 11:00 PM
Early Check-in & Late Check-out:
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability at the time of arrival/departure and cannot be guaranteed in advance.
Flexi Check-in Benefit:
Guests may avail complimentary early check-in from 12:00 PM and late check-out until 02:00 PM, subject to availability and hotel operational requirements.
For specific requests regarding check-in or check-out timings, guests are advised to coordinate directly with the hotel's reservation/front office team prior to arrival.
Important Hotel Check-in Policy (ABD Holiday)
As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests (Indian Nationals, NRIs, and Foreign Nationals) to carry and present a valid government-issued photo ID with address proof at the time of check-in for every occupant staying in the room. Accepted documents include Aadhaar Card, Passport & Visa, Driving License, Voter ID Card, or any other valid government-approved identification.
Kindly note that failure to provide the required documents may result in denial of check-in by the hotel, and ABD Holiday shall not be held responsible for any such refusal by the hotel authorities.
Cancellation & Retention Policy – ABD Holiday
FIT Bookings (Up to 4 Rooms)
- Any cancellation made within 48 hours prior to check-in or in case of a No-Show will attract a retention charge equivalent to one night's accommodation for the confirmed rooms.
Group & Series Bookings (5 Rooms and Above)
- Any cancellation made within 15 days prior to the check-in date will attract 100% retention charges of the total confirmed booking value.
Note:
- Retention charges will be applicable on all confirmed bookings as per the above policy.
- Any amendment or cancellation request must be submitted in writing to ABD Holiday.
